Job Description
The main function of this role is to learn and be developed into a Civil Designer focused within Bridge design. The candidate will be tasked with understanding project scopes, providing detailed designs, and conducting analysis for bridges and small road upgrades across a multitude of clients, including ODOT, Turnpike, local municipalities, and other private sectors.
Responsibilities
- Understand project scopes and provide detailed designs and analysis for bridges and small road upgrades.
- Work on high-level designs for state and government-funded projects.
- Collaborate with multiple clients, including ODOT, Turnpike, local municipalities, and private sectors.
- Develop skills in bridge design and use of civil engineering software.
Essential Skills
- B.S in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- 1 year of Civil Engineering experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD or Civil3D design
- Ability to obtain FE within 1 year of starting the position.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of structural or civil design experience.
- Experience with structural analysis for bridges.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
