Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, leading project teams, managing budgets, and ensuring that all construction activities comply with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project expenditures, manage financial risks, and ensure projects are completed within the approved budget.
• Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including progress reports, budget forecasts, and risk assessments.

Work Environment

The role involves managing a variety of commercial construction projects including grocery stores, tractor dealerships, seasonal restaurants, travel centers, car dealerships, and car washes. The work environment is dynamic and requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
