You Will

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, including:

• Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified colleagues interested in contract, contract to hire and direct placement employment
• Perform all necessary consultant screening to ensure the consultants' qualifications meet open positions (i.e. interviews, reference checks, skills testing, background checks, etc…)
• Maintain a daily call sheet to track consultants
• Identify and participate in networking activities such as attending career fairs as needed and cold calling on schools, organizations, and outplacement services to promote Actalent
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary
• Maintain all documentation using Actalent's online systems to track information and hiring metrics regarding candidates and sourcing strategies
• Responsible for obtaining production goals as specified
• Perform client service-related activities including, but not limited to client site walk-throughs and addressing consultant questions as needed.
• Conduct recurring consultant touchpoints which may or may not include performance feedback
• Maintain a professional work environment in alignment with current client culture
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Actalent for conflict resolution

Our Qualifiers

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment

Our Perks

• Starting base salary of $50K after completing minimum 13 weeks of hourly paid training period with the potential for annual increases based off favorable performance evaluations.

Salary : $50,000
