Responsibilities:
• Erosion and sediment control inspections for natural gas construction projects
• Creating and submitting daily reports as well as weekly environmental reports
• Conducting weekly inspections at each project site during the construction phase
• Conducting post-rainfall inspections after rain events of 1.0 inch or greater
• Ensuring proper vegetative establishment occurs post-construction
• Maintaining company equipment as well as the company truck
• Working with a team and independently
• Daily travel and occasionally working out of town
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs
Education/Experience Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong math skills as well as communication skills
• General knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and field procedures (Preferred but not required)
• Ability and willingness to learn and accept new responsibilities as experience is gained
• Ability to communicate ideas and technical information to staff, supervisors, and clients in a professional manner
