Field Service Technician - 75% Travel

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to install, commission, and maintain various machinery including fillers, shrink wrappers, and flash-pasteurizers. This role requires extensive travel within the United States and North America. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and will be responsible for training customers on the operation and maintenance of new equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission filler, shrink wrapper, and flash-pasteurizer machines.
• Troubleshoot issues with PLCs.
• Train customers on the operation and maintenance of new equipment.
• Collaborate with customers and sales staff to ensure equipment is operational.
• Travel extensively within the United States and North America to perform installations and repairs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $105000.00/yr.

Candidates will be offered full benefits (medical, dental, vision), as well as a 401k. Vacation and holiday also offered.

This is a fully onsite position in Franklin,WI.
