Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Firmware Engineer to join our team on a short-term basis to assist with sustaining work. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to impactful projects in the water quality industry. If you demonstrate strong performance, there is a strong likelihood of contract extension to work on new product development.
Responsibilities
- Validate, write, and review firmware code.
- Identify and fix problems in the controller's code.
- Create and maintain documentation for long-term sustainability.
Essential Skills
- Experience working with low level, bare metal, embedded firmware.
- Proficiency in C , with openness to older versions.
- Experience with RTOS, Linux, and Embedded Linux.
- Experience with microcontroller programming.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to sustain and maintain existing products.
- Experience with firmware validation and troubleshooting.
Work Environment
This position will follow a hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of going into the office a couple of times per week. Our large facility in Loveland includes manufacturing capabilities. You will be joining a supportive team environment with aggressive plans for growth. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $90.00
