Full Time | Permanent 

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 

Hybrid | 4 days in office - 1 day remote

JOB SUMMARYThe Floor Trainer is responsible for mentoring new BOA's to ensure they have the job knowledge to successfully support ourinternal and external clients. They will ensure that new hires have a consistent on-boarding experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS• Duties outlined in the BOA job description (Floor Trainers may carry ½ of a BOA workload)• Follow the outlined training structure (12 week onboarding packet) to ensure new BOA’s are exposed to all relevant topicsand tasks at the times outlined in the structure• Utilize the BOA shadow packets to train new BOA’s on their daily tasks; discuss shadow packet status weekly• Ensure new BOA’s attend their shadows with other departments• Provide feedback to the BOS group on the status of each new hire to ensure the BOS can have appropriate developmentalconversations• Partner with Professional Development to provide feedback on training gaps so that program enhancements can be made• Ad hoc items as time permits: client projects, special billing reviews, rate audits, account clean-up, audit education,audit presentations for team meetingsQUALIFICATIONS

• 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field or a college degree 
• 6 months of experience in BOA role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as systems utilized by BOA group (OnBase, EID, Wizard, InfoPath, PLMS)
