Job Title: Weekend Night Shift Formulation Technician/Lab Technician/Lab Assistant-$20-$24 rate per hour

Job Description

The formulation technician will be responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials according to precise formulas to produce consistent batches of products in a manufacturing setting. This role requires following strict quality control guidelines, adhering to safety protocols, and meticulously documenting all processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high level of accuracy and precision in measuring and handling materials.
• Calculate quantities and follow formulas accurately.
• Maintain familiarity with basic laboratory practices.
• Keep clear and concise records.
• Commit to safety protocols and procedures.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Biology and Chemistry or related field.
• Experience with laboratory practices and quality control.
• Knowledge in formulation, HPLC, production, R&D, batch record, and compounding.
• Ability to perform raw material testing and handle analytical chemistry tasks.
• Must have experience with batch records, labeling, testing raw materials, run PCR, sample prepping, etc

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• MUST HAVE a Bachelor's degree in biology or chemistry or related field.( microbiology, forensic science, biomedical science,etc)

Work Environment

***THIS IS A WEEKEND SHIFT ONLY***

This role is based in a manufacturing lab. The shift schedules are Friday-Sunday from 6:30 PM to 6:00 AM. The work environment requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of various laboratory equipment.
