Medical Assistant

Job Description

The Medical Assistant is essential during the patient visit, accompanying the dermatologist in the room and promoting a friendly and efficient environment for patients, staff, and dermatologists.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and documenting all vital information
• Scribing information for the dermatologist
• Cleaning and stocking the exam rooms
• Scheduling patient appointments

Essential Skills

• Medical assisting
• Electronic health record management

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• RMA certification
• Non-Certified Medical Assistants will need to complete a certification program within the prescribed time period and maintain certification.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
