Front Desk Medical Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will manage patient check-ins and check-outs, verify patient information, and handle appointment scheduling. You will be providing high-level customer service to a diverse patient population. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with front office medical experience to grow within a supportive and progressive environment.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out patients
• Verify date of birth and insurance information
• Collect payments via credit card or check
• Create and manage patient appointments upon check-out
• Contact patients for no-shows or rescheduling appointments
• Send out dictated letters from doctors to patients via email

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual capabilities
• Minimum one year experience in medical field
• HS Diploma
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to handle high volume of patient care
• Confidence and strong communication skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00
