Full Stack Developer

Our team is heavily investing in enhancing our technology stack by refining our data structure, boosting automation, scalability, and software quality. We face the complex task of creating and maintaining an extensive database of payer policy data. The ideal candidate for this role is self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to explore solutions for tough problems. They should embrace challenges, be comfortable asking questions, and enjoy collaborating with others.

 

In addition, you’ll provide technical leadership to the team including but not limited to:

• Code reviews 
• Identify and report roadblocks -- analyze situations, work independently or with a team to troubleshoot and problem-solve, ensure proper follow up for post-incident analysis are completed and implement necessary process improvements
• Contribute to projects to achieve project goals with a mix of front-end and back-end code dependent on the specific project
• Work towards departmental goals and objectives like improving accuracy of technical project estimates, improving critical test coverage, and overall code

 

Must Have:

• Experience working autonomously as a full-stack developer
• Ideally more backend than frontend split as role is more backend focused
• Relational database experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB)
• PHP experience (if none, then strong Python/GoLang will be considered)
• Typescript
• React
• Testing experience (Unit tests, automated tests)'

Nice to Have:

• Redux
• Webpack
• Laravel
• Zend/Laminas
• End to end testing experience
• PHP Units
• PyTest

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
