Job Title: Geotechnical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site investigations and analyze soil, rock, and groundwater conditions.
• Perform geotechnical analysis and design for foundations, retaining walls, slopes, and other structures.
• Prepare detailed geotechnical reports and provide recommendations for construction projects.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project success.
• Utilize geotechnical software and tools for modeling and analysis.
• Monitor and supervise geotechnical aspects of construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for geotechnical hazards.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
• Proficiency in Autocad
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $68000.00/hr.
