Actalent is urgently hiring for a Chinese or Korean Speaking Medical Assistant

Job Description

Perform all routine medical assistant functions with consistency, adhering to policy/best practices and expected service standards, while respecting participants’ rights for privacy and dignity. Accurately take and document participants’ blood pressure, pulse, temperature, height, and weight in the EMR.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine medical assistant functions according to policy and best practices.
• Adhere to participants' rights for privacy and dignity.
• Consistently and accurately document participants' vital signs in the EMR.
• Provide superior customer service with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Use all equipment as dictated by the position.
• Maintain concentration on moderate details and adapt to frequent interruptions and changes.
• Complete tasks lasting from 10 to 90 minutes.
• Work independently with or without supervision.
• Establish a good rapport with participants and peers.
• Handle telephone communications in a pleasant manner.
• Work weekends if required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
