In-Process Technician

A reputable manufacturing company in Everett, WA is currently hiring for a highly skilled Logistics Administrative Technician with a strong work ethic and communication to join the team. The Logistics/Administrative Technician will be responsible for managing incoming order creation and outgoing order transactions and ensuring workflow is maintained with a sense of urgency. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a logistics and/or administrative role and will be comfortable working with complex technical data and software systems.

Pay: $22/hr. - $24/hr.

Location: Everett, WA (100% onsite)

Shift: 7:00 AM PST - 4:30 PM PST (Monday - Friday; slight flexibility for earlier or later start times if needed)

12 Month Contract to Guaranteed Hire

[Key responsibilities]

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers and manage the shipping and receiving process.

• Work closely with technical staff to understand inventory and logistics requirements, and ensure stock is available as required.

• Manage all aspects of logistics, including transportation and inventory management.

• Use software systems to manage and analyze backlog and produce reports as required.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• Follow all company policies and procedures.

***Must reside in WA as this role is Onsite in Everett, WA***

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse, dock, or distribution center highly preferred.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or any similar ERP highly considered.
• Prior inventory and/or logistics management experience.
• Comfortability to move up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other equipment as necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable submitting to drug test upon hire.
