Job Title: Logistics/Administrative Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics/Administrative Technician with a strong technical background to join our team. The Logistics/Administrative Technician will be responsible for managing incoming order creation and outgoing order transactions, ensuring workflow is maintained with a sense of urgency. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a logistics and/or administrative role and will be comfortable working with complex technical data and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers and manage the shipping and receiving process
• Work closely with technical staff to understand inventory and logistics requirements, and ensure stock is available as required
• Manage all aspects of logistics, including transportation and inventory management
• Use software systems to manage and analyze backlog and produce reports as required
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Prior experience working in a warehouse, dock, or distribution center preferred
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other equipment as necessary
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Oracle ERP experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 75 pounds

Work Environment

This position is based in Everett, WA. The schedule is 7am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, with slight flexibility for earlier or later start times if needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
