Actalent is looking for a full-time DevOps Engineer to support our client, a leading DoD organization, onsite in King of Prussia, PA OR Aurora, CO.
Our ideal candidate is an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer who is a hard-charging self-starter, able to join a team and start producing quickly. You should have a strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, automated testing, and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and troubleshoot in Cloud Environments, preferably AWS
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerization
- Utilize automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Deploy software to Kubernetes using Helm charts
- Work with Linux systems, Terraform, Ansible, and other automation tools
- Ensure effective cross-organizational communication and collaboration
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Implement automated testing and deployment processes
Essential Skills
- 3 years of DevOps experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with CI/CD processes
- Knowledge of automated testing and deployment pipelines
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and containerization
- Proficiency with AWS Cloud services
- Experience with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work well in a small team, fast-paced environment
- Effective cross-organizational communicator
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.
