Job Title: Busienss Analyst / Project Coordinator
As a Business Anaylst/Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Manager with distribution projects on the gas team. You will be responsible for developing, documenting, and enforcing procedures for capital budget planning, prioritizing, and reporting. You will review invoices from Contractors before passing them to the manager and follow up with Contractors regarding any questions or clarifications. Additionally, you will provide updates to management and maintain integration between service sectors and disciplines. You will also perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager with distribution projects on the gas team.
- Develop, document, and enforce procedures for capital budget planning, prioritizing, and reporting.
- Review invoices received from Contractors before passing them to the manager.
- Follow up with Contractors regarding any questions or clarifications to their invoices.
- Provide updates to the client's management and maintain integration between service sectors and disciplines.
- Perform other duties as the Supervisor may deem necessary.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- One years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with document control, construction administration, and project administration.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and V-lookups).
- Experience with invoicing software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with utilities projects is a plus but not required.
- Experience in administration, project coordination, construction, and construction management.
- Ability to manage multiple budgets simultaneously.
- Comfortable with long-term commitments.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.66 - $38.46/hr.
