Job Description
- Ensure smooth day to day operations of the laboratory
- Making weekly employees schedules
- Ensure lab personnel stay on task
- Troubleshooting lab instrumentation
- Assisting on lab bench as needed
- Performing employee performance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelors of Science in Biology or Microbiology, Masters degree preferred
- 6 years of Microbiology lab experience (hospital/medical, food safety, pharmaceutical)
- MLS/CLS/MT certification
- Supervisory/Leadership experience
- Proficient with with gram stains and microbial identification testing
- Experience with Vitek 2, Vitek MS, bruker mass spec, microbiology identification equipment, Bactek, BacT
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $93600.00/yr.
