Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tasks, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, and supporting scientific research initiatives. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of laboratory procedures and contributing to the advancement of research development.
Responsibilities
-Performed sterility and challenge tests on finished products. Assist with microbiology audits. Input batch record data into company database. Other duties include data entry, biohazard waste sterilization, media prep, and coordinating with others to maintain lab inventory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, or Material Science!
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable.
- Experience with laboratory procedures and techniques in either clinical or industrial settings.
- Strong understanding of scientific research methodologies and data analysis skills.
- Proficient in math skills for accurate calculations related to experiments.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
