Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our team! The ideal candidate will be an LPN in Florida with experience in a clinical setting and strong document review skills. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Internet technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical research studies from initiation to completion.
• May perform blood draws, IV insertions, and phlebotomy.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements and medical documentation standards.
• Review and maintain detailed clinical documents.
• Collaborate with study participants and team members to ensure smooth study operations.

Essential Skills

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Florida.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Internet technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong document review skills.
• Training or experience in clinical research GCP requirements and medical documentation.
• IV experience.
• Experience in blood draws and phlebotomy.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• IV Certification.
• College degree in an appropriate field is a plus.
• Experience in clinical nursing in home health, hospital, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
