Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Job Description

Our client, a Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility, is seeking Manufacturing Process Technicians to support a new product line due to increased market demand. These individuals will load materials, complete electronic batch records, log book entries, document work orders, perform process checks to ensure quality, and maintain Batch Packaging Records (BPR) for materials loaded and produced. A tech-savvy and process improvement mindset is essential. Candidates should be motivated to enter the pharmaceutical manufacturing field, possess strong communication skills, be critical thinkers, and be open to suggesting process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and complete electronic batch records.
• Maintain log book entries and document work orders.
• Perform process checks to ensure quality.
• Maintain Batch Packaging Records (BPR) for materials loaded and produced.
• Identify and report recurring issues on the production line and assist in providing solutions.

Essential Skills

• Experience in Health Care or previous manufacturing experience (GMP).
• Exposure and understanding of GMP knowledge.
• Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Technical savviness for electronic documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
• Experience in food, medical device, or cosmetic manufacturing.
• Bioworks certification or an Associate's degree in Biotechnology.

Work Environment

This is a manufacturing environment with a day shift and a 2-2-3 schedule. Training will be conducted on the day shift from Monday to Friday, and employees will move to the night shift if that is their designated schedule after a few weeks. The work environment is currently overworked, and new hires will be welcomed as much-needed support. Scrubs are provided, and close-toed shoes or work boots are required. The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
