Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methods and tools to enhance efficiency and quality. You will develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions, train operators on manufacturing equipment and best practices, collect and monitor manufacturing process data for analysis, create and modify machine programs for automated equipment, and implement, maintain, and repair both new and existing manufacturing equipment.

Essential Skills

• Experience with Lead-Free Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole (TH) processes and programming.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering and process improvement.
• 2 years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
• Panasonic experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00

Benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.

This is a fully onsite position in Carlsbad,CA.
