Job Description:
We are seeking a tenured Manufacturing Engineer with extensive assembly experience. This role requires a dedicated individual who will own their production line, ensuring continuous improvement and collaboration with other departments to enhance quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update project specifications and engineering documents.
- Assist in designing and developing technical products and systems.
- Manage projects to improve equipment, systems, and processes.
- Participate in product design meetings and ensure designs meet specifications.
- Ensure designs support efficient manufacturing through assessments.
- Collaborate with vendors to find and approve components.
- Maintain up-to-date design documents.
- Identify common design elements to standardize manufacturing processes.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in engineering, focusing on assembly and fabrication.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Inventor, and other design software.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience with heavy equipment, manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and lean practices.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00
