Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality products. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes based on quality criteria such as efficiency and speed.
• Design and install equipment, fixtures, and tools to support production.
• Develop and test automated and manual systems for production.
• Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.
• Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations, and network performance.
• Resolve issues and delays in production.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation techniques.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr.
