Job Description

Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer where your expertise will contribute significantly to our production capabilities while fostering innovation within our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Design and optimize tooling for various production applications.
• Utilize vision inspection systems to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with CNC operators to enhance machining processes and capabilities.
• Work closely with the manufacturing facility team to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks.
• Integrate robotics into production lines to automate tasks and improve productivity.
• Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles in design and manufacturing processes.
• Oversee CAM programming to ensure accurate machine operations.
• Assist in assembling components and systems as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for design and modeling purposes.
• Familiarity with CNC machining processes and tooling design.
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles and their application in engineering drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
• Must have ISO13485 experience.
• Must be proficient with IQ/OQ/PQ.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with vision inspection systems for quality control is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of robotics integration in manufacturing settings is a plus.
• Experience with CAM programming is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
