Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role involves creating detailed work instructions and visual aids for product assembly, ensuring quality standards, and driving process improvements. You will collaborate closely with production operators and technicians to optimize manufacturing processes and support various regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed work instructions and visual aids for product assembly.
- Interface with production operators and technicians to establish manufacturing standards and methods for inspection, testing, and product qualification.
- Interpret technical documentation related to product manufacturing and acceptability, such as schematics, engineering drawings, customer-controlled specifications, and military/industry standards.
- Support the implementation of all key matrices and present data/information to department operations.
- Monitor trends in quality data (yields, defects per million, scrap, CARs) and execute corrective actions.
- Identify continual improvement opportunities in response to product and process failures.
- Drive the optimization of process efficiency and effectiveness through collaboration with production operators, supervisors, and technicians by utilizing effective root cause and corrective action analysis.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline preferred.
- 1 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering-related role.
- Proficiency in manufacturing engineering principles.
- Experience with root cause analysis, process improvement, manufacturing process, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Solidworks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or related field preferred.
- Experience in a mid-size company environment.
- Interest in working within quality and other departments.
- Capability to support regulated environments such as government, aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial.
