We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team and lead mechanical design efforts. This role requires a skilled engineer to provide product support for a variety of elevator components and mechanical systems, ensuring product integrity and integrating new component designs while adhering to cost and schedule commitments.
Responsibilities
- Provide product support for elevator components and mechanical systems.
- Maintain product integrity and evaluate opportunities for improvement.
- Integrate new component designs into existing systems.
- Conduct product life cycle maintenance and cost reduction projects.
- Analyze, design, and modify elevator components and complete elevator systems.
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical assembly drawings, and building plans to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers, software engineers, and test engineers.
- Work closely with manufacturing operations, supply management, contract logistics, finance, and field support to ensure designs meet organizational requirements.

- MS degree with 2 years’ experience or BS degree with 3 years’ experience
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $36.06/hr.
