Job Description
We are urgently seeking engineers at all experience levels who are passionate about MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and have a strong work ethic. Join our dynamic team of professionals and contribute to MEP and Fire Protection design projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design MEP systems for regional projects in schools, healthcare, business, and retail industries.
- Utilize AutoCAD and collaborate with CAD operators to ensure precision in designs and timely completion.
- Manage projects, work with other engineers or designers, and handle design functions on small and medium-sized projects.
- Perform engineering designs on large and/or complex projects under the direction of a principal, including interfacing with other personnel working on the project.
- Maintain familiarity and knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
- Demonstrate a desire to understand and learn how to design MEP/FP systems in schools, healthcare, business, and retail industries.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of design experience in the engineering field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- E.I.T or P.E. certification is a plus.
- Relevant MEP design project experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr.
