We're seeking a Medical Assistant – Back Office Floater to support our healthcare team across locations in McKinney, Denton, Plano, Frisco, and Richardson, specializing in oncology and colon/rectal care. About the Role

As a Back Office Floater, you will:

• Assist in patient care tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and collecting medical histories, with a focus on oncology and colon/rectal patients.
• Support physicians and nurses with clinical duties, including administering injections, coordinating procedures, and providing assistance during specialized treatments.
• Travel between clinics in McKinney, Denton, Plano, Frisco, and Richardson, maintaining consistency and high-quality care across all locations.
• Maintain and organize patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with front office staff and other medical team members to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 years of experience as a medical assistant.
• Certification as a medical assistant or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Experience in working with oncology and/or colon/rectal patients, or a willingness to learn and adapt to their specialized needs.
• Exceptional ability to manage priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in back-office operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate support to patients.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Flexibility and a reliable means of transportation for travel between clinics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
