Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient charting, rooming patients, triaging phone calls, and handling prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in medical case management
• Provide healthcare support and medical assistance

• Utilize EPIC medical record system

• RMA or CMA certification

Work Environment

The position is based in specialty offices, including urgent care, and requires the ability to float between different specialties. The schedule includes shifts from Monday to Sunday, 8am-8pm, with a combination of two 12-hour shifts, one 8-hour shift, and one 6-hour shift per week. Every other weekend availability is necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
