Job Title: Medical Receptionist

Job Description

In this role, you will assist patients with portal registration, prepare for upcoming appointments and handle paperwork, and troubleshoot issues with the patient portal.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with portal registration
• Prepare for upcoming appointments and handle necessary paperwork
• Troubleshoot issues with the patient portal
• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk
• Support administrative tasks within the healthcare setting

Essential Skills

• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in technology
• Experience with medical reception and patient registration
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience with eClinical Works (eCW) preferred
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Work Environment

This role is 100% onsite in a Pediatric Clinic for the duration of a 2-month project. The work environment involves direct interaction with patients and healthcare professionals in a clinical setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
