Job Description

• We are seeking a MEP Construction Manager to join our team and work onsite at a Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY.
• The candidate will act as an Owners Rep Project Manager and will be responsible for overseeing all subcontractors, who report directly to this role and another onsite Construction Manager.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client leadership and end users.
• Put together scope packages.
• Meet with designers if a design is needed.
• Bid the work.
• Handle budgeting.
• Manage RFIs, take-offs, change orders, and blueprint reading.
• Oversee projects generally related to HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas lines.
• Ensure hands-on management of all tasks.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience running projects.
• Strong background in MEP.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Mechanical Engineering Degree.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Procore software is a bonus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Work Environment

• The work will be conducted onsite at a Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY.
• The environment is dynamic, and you will be working closely with various stakeholders, including subcontractors and designers, to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
