Urgent hiring for "Microbiology Lab Manager" in San Antonio, TX !
*Must be located closer to San Antonio, Texas*
Job Description:
- Ensure smooth day to day operations of the laboratory
- Making weekly employees schedules
- Ensure lab techs stay on task
- Performing employee performance reviews
- Coordinating with biomed and technical service department to ensure smooth operation of all lab instrumentation
Qualification :
- 4 Years of laboratory experience Including (hospital/medical, food safety, pharmaceutical) is Mandatory
- 2 yeas of leadership experience (not just supervising, but working with management on business level decisions) is Mandatory
- Bachelors OR Masters in Science degree is Mandatory
- MT, MLS, CLS certification is Mandatory
- Must Have Expereince working with gram stains, bioburden testing, microbial identification testing
- Experience with Vitek 2, Vitek MS, bruker mass spec, microbiology identification equipment, Bactek, BacT is Preferred
