Job Description: Operations Technician
Description:
- Support R&D and Process Engineering teams.
- Set up and operate pilot plant production equipment in a clean and safe environment.
- Coordinate work with other operators to ensure proper safety, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain production records on paper and on computer terminals.
- Utilize hand, power, and shop tools effectively.
- Adhere to OSHA Industry Standards.
- Learn and maintain mechanical equipment and production systems.
- Work in a hands-on, physically demanding environment.
- Follow written and verbal instructions to safely and properly produce products.
- Maintain and support a superior safety and housekeeping program, including timely communication of initiatives.
- Encourage and promote operating in a continuous-improvement environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
