Job Title: Scheduler

Job Description

This position involves working with internal teams and customers to schedule engineering projects within the pulp/paper sector. The role requires interfacing with both internal teams and customers to coordinate project schedules. Other duties include developing and maintaining project controls programs for multiple multi-million dollar programs, developing and maintaining CPM Project Schedules with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and maintaining the Program/Project Controls system including program-wide monthly accruals, quality checks, client satisfaction, proposal and project initiation tracking, and overall client communication.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams and customers to schedule engineering projects.
• Coordinate project schedules and interface with internal teams and customers.
• Develop and maintain project controls programs for multiple multi-million dollar programs.
• Develop and maintain CPM Project Schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Maintain the Program/Project Controls system including program-wide monthly accruals, quality checks, client satisfaction, proposal and project initiation tracking, and overall client communication.

Essential Skills

• 5 years of experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• 5 years of experience in Project Controls.
• Proficiency in project scheduling and planning.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with project management and project coordination.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00
