Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomists to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drawing blood at a patient service

center, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in different locations within the state.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in drawing blood is ideal, but candidates with less experience will be considered.
• Phlebotomist certification

Openings

• 6 part time openings
• 6 full time openings

Locations/ Hours:

Westbury

• Mon-Fri (7am - 11:30am) /rotating Sat (8am-1pm)

Port Washington

• Mon - Fri (8:00am - 12:00pm), Sat (7:30am - 1pm)

Brentwood

• M-F 8am-1pm and Sat 7:30am-1:30pm
• Mon, Wed, Fri (4pm - 6:30pm), Tue & Thu (4pm - 8pm) & Rotating Saturdays, AM hours

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws using straight needles
• Draw blood from patients at a patient service center.
• Handle and process blood samples accurately.
• Perform pediatric and infant blood draws.
• Ability to draw blood from infants and pediatric patients.
• Experience in sample processing.

Work Environment

The work environment is a very small patient service center, so

you'll be working with a small close-knit team.

This position does provide accumulated sick leave, however they do not require working on scheduled holidays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00
