Job Title: Patient Access Coordinator

Job Description

As a Patient Access Coordinator, you will work with 2-3 different EMR systems to manage patient check-ins and check-outs, verify dates of birth and insurance, collect payments, create appointments, and handle patient communications for no-shows or rescheduling. You will also be responsible for sending out dictated letters from doctors to patients via email.

Work Environment

This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM. Some overtime and travel to other clinics within SATX are expected. On travel days, you will be driven by the team and paid for the travel time. The dress code includes navy blue scrubs, tennis shoes, and a face mask. This is a highly collaborative role, working alongside other patient access coordinators and directly with physicians

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
