Job Title: Pharmacist

Job Description

The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing quality pharmacy services and collaborating with primary care providers and staff to improve the health of patients. Responsibilities

• Provide quality pharmacy services in an outpatient or retail setting.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and staff to enhance patient health.
• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
• Maintain patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.
• Counsel patients on medication usage and potential side effects.

Essential Skills

• 2 years of experience in an outpatient or retail pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy services and medication management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a federally qualified health center (FQHC) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Work Environment

This position has openings at four sites: Downtown Charleston (1 opening), Charleston, South Carolina; Summerville (2 openings), Summerville, SC; Dorchester (1 opening), Unit F, Summerville, SC; and Cross (1 opening), Cross, SC. The work environment involves providing pharmacy services to underserved communities, contributing to the expansion of pharmacy operations, and working collaboratively with a dedicated healthcare team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56.76 - $57.69
