About the Role:
Labcorp and Actalent have partnered to bring outstanding healthcare services to communities. As a Phlebotomist, you will represent this collaboration by delivering exceptional patient care, collecting accurate specimens, and contributing to the advancement of healthcare diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for various diagnostic tests across diverse patient populations.
• Collect specimens for specialized tests, such as drug screens and genetic studies.
• Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and handling of all samples.
• Provide a professional and patient-centered experience, fostering trust and comfort.
• Collaborate with Labcorp and Actalent teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow safety and quality standards.
• Travel between partner sites as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification from a recognized institution (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in clinical or outpatient settings (required).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
