About the Role:

Labcorp, in partnership with Actalent, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Phlebotomist to join their team and provide high-quality care in specimen collection and patient support. In this role, you'll be the face of this collaboration, ensuring accuracy and professionalism while contributing to cutting-edge healthcare diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood specimen collections through venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages.
• Accurately label, document, and process all collected specimens for diagnostic testing.
• Handle specimens for drug testing, genetic studies, and other specialized purposes.
• Deliver excellent patient care while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with Labcorp and Actalent teams to enhance service delivery.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and safety standards in all aspects of the role.
• Travel to additional sites within the partnership network as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification from a recognized institution (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in clinical or outpatient settings (required).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• A commitment to precision and professionalism in specimen collection and handling.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
