Actalent is hiring a Phlebotomist for a reputable Lab in Northern, CO!
**Open to entry-level Phlebotomists who are certified OR have 6 months of exp!**
Responsibilities
- Conduct blood draws and phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages, primarily adults.
- Serve both inpatient and outpatient populations.
- Collect and process patient information accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients.
- Ensure the proper labeling and processing of blood samples.

Work Environment
The position requires driving to multiple sites, including Greeley, Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor. The shift is from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, four days a week with ten-hour shifts. There is a rotating shift schedule that includes one Saturday shift per month (half-day) and a new schedule is received every six weeks. The work environment is fast-paced in a hospital setting, serving mainly adults with 25-40 patients. You will be serving both inpatient and outpatient populations in their rooms. You must work one major holiday per year, which could be Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, or the 4th of July.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.43 - $23.51/hr.
