Job Title: Phlebotomist - Jupiter, Fl

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Phlebotomist with extensive experience in drawing blood from all types of patients. The ideal candidate must be proficient with 21 gauge, 22 gauge, 23 gauge, and 25 gauge needles, with a particular emphasis on the 21 gauge needle. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, and candidates must be comfortable working in a high-volume Patient Service Center (PSC).

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and blood draws on patients of all ages.
• Utilize 21 gauge, 22 gauge, 23 gauge, and 25 gauge needles efficiently.
• Provide a high level of customer service to patients.
• Process and handle specimens accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the lab.
• Follow all safety and health protocols.

Essential Skills

• 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Proficient in drawing blood on all age groups.
• Experience with 21 gauge, 22 gauge, 23 gauge, and 25 gauge needles.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with specimen processing and handling.
• Knowledge of lab and diagnostic procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Certification in Phlebotomy.
• Medical background and familiarity with diagnostic procedures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $13.00 - $16.00
