Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and implement new packaging opportunities and projects
- Collaborate with plant leadership teams, customers, and outside material suppliers
- Provide expertise in Aerosol and Liquid packaging spaces
- Support secondary components, including folding cartons and corrugated shippers
- Author and review Packaging Engineering protocols and reports
- Assist in the specification, acceptance, and validation of new products and packaging equipment
- Support or lead R&D efforts in defining packaging materials for new products
