The PVPC organization is the 'brain' of the Propulsion Systems division, translating Performance and Functional Objectives into Controls features implemented in embedded software. We are currently looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Controls Manager to support the global planning, execution, and program coordination of the Controls and Software platform solutions for Engines, Transmissions, Hybrid, Battery, Charging, and eMotor Electronic Control Units.

Responsibilities

• Provide feasibility and cost assessment for Controls & Software to the vehicle/programs.
• Represent the Controls System (Controllers and Software) as the primary interface to the Propulsion System Community.
• Coordinate Controls Features development.
• Define Feature Roll-out Plan that aligns with overall program milestones and objectives.
• Play a key role in Controls & Software change management, quality assessment, and risk mitigation.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor/Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience (5 years in automotive).
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven record of working on own initiative and within a team delivering high-quality and robust technical solutions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as Controls/Software developer, testing or calibration engineer is a plus.
• Experience with calibration, powertrain, product design, Simulink, emission, diesel engine, and engine dynamometer.

Work Environment

Onsite at CTC anywhere from 3-5 days per week. You will work in a collaborative and innovative environment, facing daily challenges and opportunities for learning and growth. No driving of Stellantis vehicles is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.40 - $52.40/hr.
