Job Title: Controls Engineer

Job Description

Ensure the reliability and effectiveness of various Process Control Systems, including the Distributed Control System (DCS). Develop and implement long-range plans for Process Control within the respective facility. Maintain and ensure the reliability of Control Systems needed for Environmental Compliance of the operating units within the plant. Interface with the plant's Technical and Operating Departments to identify opportunities to increase throughput, reduce waste, and improve energy efficiency through additional Control Equipment or Strategies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, related discipline preferred. Open to AS degree with relevant experience.
• 5 or more years of experience in Process Control in manufacturing required.
• Chemical manufacturing experience desired.
• DCS programming experience (ABB preferred, open to others)
• Alarm rationalization knowledge

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00
