Job Title: Process Operator

Job Description

The Process Operator will work under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards to produce an API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) called Pancreatin, an enzyme used to treat digestive issues caused by pancreatic problems. Responsibilities include measuring, mixing, and documenting data on production runs. Production runs are controlled by computer panels and systems, so proficiency in maneuvering a computer is required. The Process Operator will also be responsible for the sanitation of their area and assisting in various other areas of production.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Waunakee, WI.

Work Environment

Day shifts: 4am-4pm. One group works every Monday, Tuesday, and alternate Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Another group works every Wednesday, Thursday, and alternate Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Alternating weekends with a 2 on, 2 off, 5 on, 5 off schedule. Openings include 1 position for Wednesday/Thursday 3rd shift, which includes a $1.50 shift differential and a $3 inconvenience incentive for both shifts. The work environment involves working in a lab with computers, control panels, and documentation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00
