Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Engineer with experience in biomedical or electrical engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Bill of Material in Agile, setting up procurement and suppliers, preparing and executing HLA builds, supporting the build of PCBA prototypes and bring-up testing, and facilitating the transition of products to manufacturing. Previous experience in new product introduction or manufacturing is essential.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Bill of Material in Agile.
- Set up procurement and suppliers.
- Prepare and execute HLA builds for prototype development.
- Support the build of PCBA prototypes and conduct bring-up testing.
- Facilitate the transition of products to manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and introduction.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the prototype and manufacturing phases.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in new product introduction or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Bill of Material maintenance.
- Experience with procurement and supplier setup.
- Hands-on experience with HLA build prep and execution.
- Proficiency in PCBA prototype build and bring-up testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in product development engineering.
- Knowledge of engineering change orders.
- Experience in test development and medical device.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $50.00/hr.
