An Architecture, Planning, and Interior Design firm located in Chicago is looking to add a Project Architect/Project Manager to their team!
Job Description:
- Design support for all commercial projects
- Prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly
- Maintain project meeting documentation
- Understand and follow office production standards
- Participate in office QA/QC procedures
- Perform existing building surveys
- Perform code studies
- Produce construction documents
- Review shop drawings and project submittals
- Process and maintain records of RFIs and submittals
- Manage a team of 2-3 junior architects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture
- Licensure is preferred
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative, Bluebeam, Ajera
- 8 years of experience
- Experience with commercial, multi-family, or hotel projects
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a small team of junior architects
- Working knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and construction document preparation
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
