Position Summary: Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Architect specializing in commercial construction to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and construction administration, with a focus on commercial projects. This role offers opportunities to work on a variety of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail establishments, and public infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Attend client meetings, interact with existing and new clients, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Project Management:Oversee project planning, scoping, budgeting, and the building design process from concept through completion.
- Design and Documentation:Prepare full construction documents in collaboration with other disciplines and assist with coordination of work.
- Construction Administration:Lead the process during the bidding and construction phase services, ensuring projects are built according to specifications and drawings.
- Technical Proficiency:Utilize Revit to produce architectural drawings and 3D axonometric models, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Quality Assurance:Perform and review QA/QC processes, review submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and conduct on-site construction observations.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Architecture or related field.
- Experience:5 years of professional experience, with preference given to experience in Revit and commercial construction projects.
- Skills:Proficient in Revit; experience with Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus; strong graphic, written, and verbal communication skills; understanding of building codes (IBC, IRC, UDC).
- Certifications:LEED accreditation preferred.
- Attributes:Detail-oriented, efficient, collaborative, and service-oriented with high ethical standards.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment:
- This is a full-time, in-person position located in Milwaukee, WI. We offer a hybrid work environment once the initial training period is completed. Garage parking included.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $40.86/hr.
