Job Title: Project Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to lead and manage complex educational projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution. This role requires a strong leader who can serve as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex educational projects of the largest magnitude.
• Develop project Work Plans (schedule, budget, cartoon set) for project success.
• Coordinate all project efforts, both administrative and technical, to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
• Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments.
• Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts for complex projects.
• Provide oversight and monitoring of the work of less experienced project managers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Licensed Architect
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design from an accredited program
• Five years of project management experience
• Knowledge and use of Revit and AutoCAD

Work Environment

The work environment includes managing complex educational projects, collaborating with clients, and coordinating with project teams. The role requires proficiency in using design software such as Revit and AutoCAD. The Project Architect will ensure projects are completed efficiently and cost-effectively, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $53.00/hr.
