Job Description
We are seeking a talented Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing costs, determining required drawings, and developing detailed cost estimates. You will manage project timelines, meet deadlines, and perform design and development in collaboration with clients. Additionally, you will conduct state code reviews, review bids, construction, and shop drawings, and address any issues that arise during construction. You will also prepare contract documents and submittals for statutory review and travel to client sites throughout Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Analyze costs and determine required drawings.
- Develop detailed cost estimates.
- Manage project timelines and meet deadlines.
- Perform design and development with clients.
- Conduct state code reviews.
- Review bids, construction, and shop drawings.
- Solve problems as they surface during construction.
- Prepare contract documents and submittals for statutory review.
- Travel to client sites throughout Wisconsin.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Project management skills.
- Experience with construction documents and drawings.
- Drafting skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in architecture or a related field.
- Licensed architect in Wisconsin or in the process of becoming licensed.
- Experience with Revit.
- Experience with construction documents.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
